Challenge

I started by studying how caffeine actually affects metabolism: how each cup changes our body’s energy expenditure and how focus itself consumes glucose.

That led to the idea of energy as currency, every creative act has a metabolic cost. From there, the design became a framework: Input + Output = Balance. A simple equation that defines both biology and creativity.

Results

A vibrant system for a bold digital future

Each product in the system represents a distinct energy state: 30 kcal - calm focus (light roast, mental clarity) 90 kcal - deep productivity (balanced roast, sustained energy) 120 kcal - weekend energy (dark roast, indulgent recovery) The kcal scale is symbolic. It quantifies awareness. It reminds us that attention, like fuel, has limits.
