Last Bite - Cat food
The Idea → “Food your cat actually finishes.”

Zero waste in the bowl. Texture science for moisture retention. Playful design that speaks with warmth, not formality.

Challenge

How can packaging and product design address a behavioral problem, not only an aesthetic one?

Every project starts with a simple truth. My cat, Tommy, never finishes his food. That “last bite” always ends up in the trash. It’s a small frustration, but it revealed a bigger behavior: Cats often leave food behind not because they’re full, but because texture, moisture, and aroma change over time.

From sketches to 3D renders, the system was built to feel lighthearted yet intelligent.

Each cat pose was inspired by real feline behavior stretching, licking, playing moments that mirror the joy of a satisfied pet. Last Bite proves that even the smallest frustrations can inspire smarter, more human design.
